Frequently Asked Questions About the Fair

How much does it cost to get in? 

Both parking and admission are FREE!

When is it? 

October 26, 2019 from 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Come early for a parade at 8:45am to 9am. And stay late for the Dinner and Concert from 4pm to 7pm!

Where is it? 

Pima County Fairgrounds

What kind of activities will be there? 

We are constantly adding activities. In addition to the standard carnival games you would expect at any fair, we will also have a variety of activities for the entire family. Check out the list for details. Many of our exhibitors offer activities at their booths, too.

What vendors will be there?

Come do your holiday shopping early! We will have a variety of vendors offering exceptional deals and information. Stop by and shop for gifts, get help with your household needs, or just browse the many local business offerings.

I would like to be a vendor. How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. Click here for the application form. And hurry! Space is limited.

Will you serve alcohol?

Yes. We are expanding selection this year to include several varieties. Stop by to see what is on draft!

Will you have any entertainment?

Yes! There will be live music and performances on the main stage throughout the day.

What time can I set up my booth?

You can set up on October 25 starting at approximately 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM sharp. We will send out all of the details about booth setup to all of the vendors the week of the event, keep your eye out!

How do I donate a raffle prize?

Raffle prizes are a great way to get added exposure for your business! Donate by emailing Stacy Winstryg at vailfest@greatervailchamber.com, to let her know what you will be offering.
