How much does it cost to get in? 

Admission into the event is FREE! Pima County Fairgrounds charges a parking fee of $8 per car.

When is it? 

Saturday, November 2nd.

What kind of activities will be there? 

We are constantly adding new activities. We will have a variety of activities for the entire family. Check out the list for details. Many of our exhibitors offer activities at their booths, too.

What vendors will be there?

Come do your holiday shopping early! We will have a variety of vendors offering exceptional deals and information. Stop by and shop for gifts, get help with your household needs, or just browse the many local business offerings.

I would like to be a vendor. How do I sign up?

Signing up is easy. Click here to register. And hurry! Space is limited.

Will you serve alcohol?

Yes. We are expanding selection this year to include several varieties. Stop by to see what is on draft!

What time can I set up my booth?

You can set up before the event. We will send out all of the details about booth setup to all of the vendors the week of the event, keep your eye out!

How do I donate a Silent Auction item?

The Silent Auction is a great way to get added exposure for your business! Donate by emailing Stacy Winstryg at stacy@greatervailchamber.com, to let her know what you will be offering.
